Does my subscription automatically renew?

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to when you signed up for MyMindUp, all subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you choose to cancel. When you signed up, we clearly shared both the trial price ($1.00) and the subscription rate that would kick in once the trial period ended.

In line with Section 6.1 of our Terms & Conditions, every subscription starts with a 7-day trial at $1.00. After the trial ends, it automatically switches over to the subscription rate you selected. Right after you signed up, we sent a welcome email that walked you through your subscription details:

• Your subscription terms and conditions
• Details on upcoming charges
• Trial period duration
• Post-trial subscription rate
• How to cancel

As stated in Section 6.4 of our Terms & Conditions, your subscription renews automatically so you can enjoy uninterrupted access to all premium features. Here’s how the renewal works (per Section 6.3):

• You’re billed automatically on your subscription renewal date
• Existing subscribers get a price lock guarantee
• Your subscription renews at your current rate

You can cancel your subscription anytime through our self-service portal.

To steer clear of future charges, just make sure to cancel before your renewal date. As noted in Section 7.3, no refunds are issued for partial or unused subscription periods once a renewal goes through.
