Where is my refund?

Please note that your eligibility for a refund is defined in Section 7 (Refund Policy) of our Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to when you signed up.

In line with Section 7.4 of our Terms & Conditions, once your refund is approved, processing usually takes up to 3 business days on our end. Most refunds show up in your account within 1 to 2 business days after that, though in some cases it can take up to 5 to 10 business days depending on how quickly your bank processes things.

For currency conversion cases (Section 7.5.2):

  1. Exchange rates are set by your bank or card issuer.
  2. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.
  3. You may notice separate currency conversion charges on your bank statement.

Once the refund is issued from our system, we are not able to track its status through your bank's processing system. If your refund hasn't come through after 10 business days, which is rare, we'd suggest reaching out to your bank with your transaction details for more information.

Please note that refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We are unable to issue a refund to any payment method other than the one used when you signed up for our services.

If your card has expired or is blocked, there's no need to worry. Your financial institution should still receive the refund and credit it back to your account balance.
